Encourage Readers To Keep Moving Forward. 

I want to encourage you to keep moving forward in life. After any loss, emotional or physical, there are sometimes setbacks. Birthdays, anniversaries that once were celebratory occasions are often sources of sadness. As you allow me to share some of the new daily routines I embraced as part of my mission to move forward, I hope to help you face all life’s new possibilities. There will be laughter and tears along the way, but we will be stronger as we move through the coming days and hopefully years. I have to reiterate that I am not a therapist, social worker, or mental health professional. I have my life stories of how I coped and overcame my struggles and how these experiences made me stronger today.
